First up Charley Hoffman looks an appealing price at odds against to win his three-ball against Kevin Streelman and Padraig Harrington. Hoffman has been in good form of late, finishing fourteenth at Harbour Town in the RBC Heritage last week after getting himself into contention. The Californian has got form here in San Antonio too finishing in the top ten here three times in his last six visits with a tie for 13th his worst result during that period. Hoffman is a 28/1 shot in the outright betting and is paired with Kevin Streelman (70/1) and Padraig Harrington (200/1).

Billy Horschel has been showing glimpses of form and lines up as an even money shot to win his three ball with Hunter Mahan and Peter Malnati. The American has some decent course form in the shape of a tie for third twice in the last three years at San Antonio and is paired with two players struggling for form. Hunter Mahan is really falling down the rankings and can be backed at 125/1 in the outright betting this week whilst Malnati is a 300/1 shot who has missed the cut in ten of his last eleven starts!

Finally Bryson DeChambeau was hugely impressive on his professional debut last week in the RBC Heritage where he finished 4th, following on from his tie for 21st at the Masters. This kid has game and can continue to flourish here in Texas at a shade odds on 4/5 with Sky Bet. DeChambeau is paired with two 300/1 shots in Kelly Kraft and South Afrian Dawie Van Der Walt and can shoot the lowest score to complete the treble on day one.
